I have the right to refuse a commission.

Finished commissions include commercial rights for content creation, etc.

My work is not allowed to be associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency under any circumstances.

I will not accept commissions for AI-generated Vtuber models or art (in the case of animations) under any circumstances.

Do not redistribute or sell the commissioned work without permission from me and the model's artist.

Please ensure your device can run the content you've commissioned from me.

If you are waitlisted, you may leave the waitlist at any time before your commission begins, however you must notify me that you no longer wish to commission me.

Please credit me as your rigger in a visible place on your social media and/or your streaming platform.

I will accept payment in Paypal only. Base price includes Paypal fees.

I will not accept payment until I am ready to begin the commission.

All commissions are non-refundable once started.

Full or 50% of the payment is required before I start working on the commission.

Payment plans other than the above can be negotiated at the client's request.

Once the commission is confirmed, I will discuss commission details with the client and once the details are settled, I will send the client a price breakdown and total cost of the commission. If the client finds no issues, I will send the client the invoice. Once the invoice is paid, the turnaround time on the commission begins.

Communication for the commission once it has begun will take place on Discord. If commissioning the VTuber art + rig package with Rein, a Discord group chat will be formed to ensure smooth communication between the artist, rigger, and client.

Average commission turnaround is 4-7 weeks. I am a student, please be patient with me.

Rush jobs (3 weeks) are accepted on a case by case basis depending on my schedule and will be an additional 50% of the total rigging cost as a fee. Please ask if I can accommodate rush first!

Any delays and extensions will be communicated to the client in a timely fashion.

I will send video updates as I work on the model, normally in the order of: [eyes] → [mouth] → [head XYZ] → [full model demo in VTube Studio]

During the course of the commission, the client is allowed to request any changes they would like made at any stage. Feedback will also be requested with each update to ask whether any changes would like to be made.

Once the client is satisfied with the full model demo, the other 50% of the payment will be requested if applicable before the model is delivered.

The finished model will be delivered via Google Drive and will come with a guide to setting up the model in VTube Studio. The raw rigging file (.cmo3) will not be given.

After the model is delivered, I will help the client set up their model if they choose to use VTube Studio and request help. The client is encouraged to test their model as soon as possible, and any rigging problems found can be fixed free of charge.

The client must tell me before the commission begins whether they would like to keep their commission private or not.

If the commission is private, I will not post anything about the commission until your requested date, however if a date isn't specified, I will go ahead with posting after 2 months.

If privacy isn't requested, I reserve the right to post WIPs of the commission on Twitter while I work on it.

I reserve the right to post images or videos of my work on a commission to Youtube, Twitter, and my website for showcasing and for my portfolio.
